Tesla has launched a special offer for customers who purchase a new Model Y and take delivery by the end of 2024. These customers will receive free Supercharger charging for one year. This promotion applies exclusively to new cars and not to used or certified pre-owned Teslas.
Free charging covers only the cost of charging itself. Fees for "idle fees" (parking without charging) or other additional costs must be covered by the customer. The offer can also be combined with other promotions, such as reduced interest rates, referral credits, or discounts on stock vehicles.
Conditions for Business Customers
Business customers are subject to a specific condition – the name of the designated driver must be specified when ordering the vehicle. This driver will then be the only authorized user of the free charging benefit.
Validity of Free Charging
Free charging is tied to the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and the first registered driver who takes delivery. The benefit cannot be transferred to another person or vehicle, even if the vehicle ownership changes. The benefit expires exactly one year from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Free Charging and Additional Offers
To benefit from free charging, customers must take delivery of their vehicle no later than December 31, 2024. If a delivery delay occurs due to Tesla, the customer may still qualify for the offer by taking delivery at the earliest possible date.
Tesla also clarifies that the free Supercharging offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit. The offer applies to all Model Y variants, regardless of battery type or range.
The Importance of Supercharging and Its Use
The Supercharger network is Tesla's fast-charging infrastructure that enables long-range charging in a short time. These stations are strategically located throughout Europe, supporting long-distance travel. Thanks to this network, Tesla electric vehicles are more suitable for extended trips.
For new EV users, it may also be useful to understand the difference between regular charging (such as through a home outlet or smaller public chargers) and fast charging. Superchargers are among the most powerful types of charging, making them the quickest way to charge an electric vehicle.
Tesla’s special offer for the Model Y, with one year of free Supercharging, is especially attractive for new customers planning long drives who want to save on charging costs. This offer, along with financing options and other discounts, makes the Model Y more accessible and appealing in the European market.
